The University Park Allocation Committee (UPAC) is the Penn State University Park allocation committee that provides funds for recognized student organizations to hold activities and events. To learn more about the process for applying for UPAC funding, visit their website at https://upac.psu.edu/
GPSA Co-Sponsorship
GPSA can financially co-sponsor events for student organizations affiliated with University Park that benefit graduate students. To apply for co-sponsorship, follow these steps:
Bylaw Compliance
According to GPSA Bylaw Article IX, Section 2, legislation must be submitted in writing to the above individuals at least 72 hours before the Assembly meeting. This ensures compliance with GPSA’s internal guidelines.
For Co-Sponsorship Requests, adhere to the following guidelines and contact the appropriate individuals:

- Vice President of Finance & Business: Ayan Bhatnagar (axb6652@psu.edu)
- Speaker of the Assembly: Robert Robinson (rasr@psu.edu)
- Chair of the Internal Development Committee: Marvellous Faluyi (mof5328@psu.edu)
1. Complete the Forms:
Fill out the following two forms before proceeding with your co-sponsorship request:
2. Submit Forms: Email the completed forms to your college’s delegates (or if you are not associated with a specific college, the At-Large delegates). To find the contact information for your delegates, please visit the Delegates List. It is recommended to send the forms by the Thursday before the Sunday deadline to ensure timely processing.
3. Delegate and Bill Drafting: The delegate will use the provided templates to draft the bill. The delegate will then submit it to:

- Vice President of Finance & Business: Ayan Bhatnagar
- Speaker of the Assembly: Robert Robinson
- Chair of the Internal Development Committee: Marvellous Faluyi
This must be done at least 72 hours in advance of the meeting.
4. Assembly Presentation: Attend the Assembly Meeting in HUB 134 to present your Co-Sponsorship Request for a vote. The Assembly will review and vote on your bill.
5. Reimbursement: After your bill is approved, GPSA will reimburse you for the event. Submit your invoice or receipt (ideally as a picture) to receive funds. GPSA operates on a reimbursement basis.
Please contact GPSA and your college’s delegates at least one month before your event date regarding any potential co-sponsorships to ensure the event may be in compliance with Penn State’s mission, vision, and core values.
