- Bill 74-17 (BSASIA Civil Rights Forum): Approved with $3,000 funding, with GPSA assisting in planning and logistics.
- Bill 74-20 (INTAD-GSA Global Gallery): Passed with $4,000 funding to support showcasing international agriculture research and fostering networking opportunities.
- Bill 74-21 (People’s Choice Awards): Tabled for further discussion and potential amendments.
- Executive and Committee Updates:
- President Seth Hojnacki shared updates on the new Executive Vice President and Provost search committee and upcoming Martin Luther King Day events.
- Advocacy and Diversity Committee is addressing cost-of-living concerns and planning surveys.
- Other committees outlined plans for events, constitutional updates, and student engagement activities.
- Graduate Student Space:
A new graduate student-exclusive space will open on January 30, encouraging its use to demonstrate the need for such facilities. - Budget Update:
The Assembly was reminded to be mindful of the remaining $22,000 budget for spring, with approximately six meetings remaining.
