The Graduate and Professional Student Association Judiciary is comprised of three members, appointed by the President and approved by the Assembly. The Judiciary interprets the Constitution and Bylaws, runs GPSA elections, and conducts audits of GPSA financials. Additionally, the Judiciary rules on questions about the nature of constituencies and credentials of Delegates. The Judiciary is responsible for hearing cases of impeachment and appeal and will make the final decision in these cases.
Chief Justice: Dan Smith (dss5506@psu.edu)
The Chief Justice is elected by the members of the Judiciary, and is responsible for communicating all rulings and business of the Judiciary to the Executive Board and Assembly. Additionally, the Chief Justice serves as a non-voting member of the Executive Board and also is a non-voting, ex officio member of the Internal Development committee.

The Associate Justices works with the Chief Justice to conduct hearings and issue rulings related to disputed matters within the GPSA, along with reviewing constitutional amendments for fairness and equity.
