Each semester, GPSA allocates a limited number of Lot 10 Permits. Lot 10 is located on West Campus past the IST Building. All applications are evaluated, and the passes are assigned to graduate students who have the greatest need for the passes. Passes have been allocated in the past for health reasons, family concerns, and teaching or research purposes.
The deadline to apply for a Fall 2017 Lot 10 parking pass is August 16, 2017 (extended from the previous deadline of August 12). The application can be filled out below. You may apply for the Lot 10 upgrade only if you had a valid commuter pass from Spring 2017 or Summer 2017. Appeals of this criterion must be made in writing by emailing email@example.com no less than 2 days before the application deadline. Note that if you are selected to receive the Lot 10 upgrade, you must first purchase the regular student commuter pass from the Penn State parking office for the fall semester. You do not need to have the commuter pass at the time you apply, but you will not be able to pick up your upgrade without purchasing it.
Note: Students who have any commuter parking pass, including the Lot 10 permit, are not eligible for the RIdePASS Program.
